WHY OTTOHAUS VERSUS THE DEALER
After experiencing first hand what the automotive repair industry had to offer customers, or rather what it failed to offer customers, we found something missing in almost every facet. The human. At what point did the customer service industry lose sight of its sole purpose?…We are not in the car business. We are in the people business.
From the moment a client drops off their vehicle, to the moment they pick it up, we realize that, not only their car, but their entire experience is in our care. Considering ourselves ambassadors of our profession, one that time seems to have forgotten, and one that often seems to be the most under appreciated and misunderstood, we take our responsibility to heart.

BRAKE FLUID EXCHANGE
(EVERY 2 YEARS REGARDLESS OF MILEAGE)
Brake fluid absorbs moisture which, over time, can deteriorate components of your brake system. It is recommended by VW / Audi that the brake system fluid be replaced every 2 years regardless of mileage.
DSG TRANSMISSION SERVICE
(EVERY 40,000 MILES)
Change DSG transmission fluid, filter, and sealing ring. Set basic settings.
TIMING BELT SERVICE
(EVERY 80,000 – 90,000 Miles)
Your vehicle’s engine is an intricate engineering marvel with a multitude of components all moving together at an extremely high rate of speed. All of these components are kept precisely synchronized by the Timing Belt. If this belt or any of its related components fail, catastrophic engine failure will result costing you excessive amounts of money and time without your car. This is preventable by replacing the timing belt and all of its related components as preventative maintenance at the specified intervals. During this service we replace the Timing Belt, Water Pump, Tensioners, Dampers, Relay Rollers, Coolant, Gaskets and Seals (where applicable), Thermostat (where applicable), and Accessory Drive Belt (as needed).
