Kris and his team are very knowledgeable, fair, transparent and honest. I brought my SQ5 3.0L T in for a routine engine coolant flush and they did an inspection and found the dreaded coolant migration issue due to a faulty water pump. The mechanic took time to explain the issue in great detail. I then did some research and found this is somewhat common on this engine variant while very expensive due to labor intensive disassembley and reassembley the team at Ottohaus West Ashley were very thorough and took great care of my vehicle. Truly a great experience all together. I highly recommend this team for whatever your European vehicle may need. True professionals through and through. I showed up on time for my appointment and they completed an exhaustive repair on time and on budget.

Nick had great communication with setting up a service appointment and providing notifications and information through the service of my TDI! They are very professional in the shop and did an awesome job getting my timing belt and water pump done quickly and at a great price! We have worked with Chris in the past for our Audi. He was extremely helpful then and now we are having issues with our BMW. It is currently out of state being worked on after breaking down on the interstate. We called Chris to ask his advice and talk us through our options. He was extremely helpful and kind. My experience is and has been excellent!

I’ll be honest at first, I was a little hesitant to hire Ottohaus. I had called a couple of times and wasn’t able to get through, but the second time someone did call me back about 3 days later. I was still unsure, but while I was getting another vehicle repaired, my other mechanic personally recommended OttoHaus to service my wife’s Mercedes-Benz CLA 250. I decided to give them another call, and this time I was able to speak with someone and get scheduled. We dropped the vehicle off first thing in the morning, thinking we may have had a transmission issue or something even worse. The front office staff was very pleasant, welcoming, and professional, even at 8:00 AM. By 9:00 AM, we already had an estimate for the services needed, and thankfully it turned out to be a rear differential issue rather than the major problem we were expecting. I approved the estimate, which stated 2–3 hours of labor, and they were right on point. About four hours later, we received a text letting us know the vehicle was finished and ready for pickup. Needless to say, Ottohaus has earned a new customer for life. We were blown away by the in-person experience, the professionalism, the honesty, and how quickly they got our vehicle back on the road. THANK YOU Ottohaus!!!!!!!! I stopped here after the local Mercedes Dealership refused to even look at my E55 AMG. I was on a road trip and my front right blinker stopped working. Dealership refused to even touch the car. Smfh. Stopped here and the guys at Ottohaus here, had it fixed in literally 10 minutes!!!! I was soooo happy cause I figured this was going to be a big problem and I had over 1k miles left to drive back home! They were so nice and explained what had happened and that all should be ok, and if not, what the next issue could be but it's been 100% perfect. I am truly happy I found this place and the experience will be forever remembered! I'd highly recommend this place to ANYONE who has a higher end vehicle or that just wants a shop that will take all the proper steps to protect your car as it's being serviced! The shop is VERY CLEAN, and has a very open atmosphere. Large glass windows that look into the shop is always a sign of a good, honest and open shop. They had alot of nice cars, high end cars on site which is also a very good sign that they are a very respectful shop!! Top Gear being shown on the lobby TV was also a very reassuring sign that this shop, IS THE SHOP OF SHOPS!! I have a history with professional race team's so I felt I was walking into the exact spot I wanted to be in also. I treat my cars like family members! And I expect high end shops to do the same and this shop is definitely that kind of shop!! Thanks again Ottohaus!!!! I will definitely see you guys again when I'm in town!
